US title, EU customs cleared certificate - Custom built by the best workshops in California - Well-known car, winner of numerous concours - Rare opportunity in Europe After several quiet years, Lincoln decided to respond to Cadillac, presenting the " Premiere " in 1956. It was a bold move, and the car had a powerful engine, automatic three-speed gearbox and was lavished with equipment to provide the necessary level of comfort. The coupé was also an elegant car, with a fluid shape that had no pillars between the front and rear windows. From this line, the car on offer was created by Kustom Kars of California, the workshop of John D'Agostino who is one of the most well-known customisers on the planet.... Originally built by the renowned Gene Winfield and Bill Reasoner, it was passed to John D'Agostino to provide a further level of finishing and equipment. Since the start of the 1990s, the car has won several prestigious awards while on a tour of the US, including the Al Slonaker Award and the Harry Bradley Design Achievement Award in 1991, amongst others. Noted collector John O'Quinn acquired it from Bill Abate in 2006, and decided to give the car a makeover, creating the " Dreamsicle ". The interior was revamped and the body painted " Tequila Sunrise " orange, enhanced with a lighter, graded band positioned centrally down the length of the car. Under the bonnet, the Ford 351ci V8 engine produces 300 bhp, allowing the car to cruise at a comfortable speed along the boulevards and highways.
