This car is in excellent condition throughout!
The excellent example has had a recent paint job, a recent tune-up and the gear box has been completely rebuilt and it is ready to drive. There were 78 DB4GT's built between 1959-1963, this being the 19th one produced. The car was delivered new to Chicago to a Mr. Gaylord. Mr. Gaylord sold the car to a Mr. Ted Holmes of Chicago, Illinois and then sold back to Mr. Gaylord. The third owner was a Mr. Kunetka also of Chicago. A Mr. Greener was the next owner in the early 1980's then sold to his niece Jody Perry in 1985. Gene Sorbo owned it in the mid 1990's, then Dennis Machul bought the car in 1998 and kept it until 2001. A very fine restoration was performed during Machul's ownership on a very original car. The odometer at that time showed 39,764 original miles. Bob Cole of Woodside, CA bought the car in 2005 and kept it for a few years. It is now being offer by a private owner and the odometer only shows 40,888!! miles from new. An extremely rare car in excellent condition throughout with complete ownership history.
