Only produced for 6 months in '59 the Galaxie 500 Sunliner was the last of the "Big Fords" and their unequalled use of stainless and chrome accents embodying the "Long and Low" styling mantra of the time. This car is extremely rare with its original numbers matching Thunderbird Special "YP" Code 361 cu. in. Police Interceptor engine delivering 303 hp. Options include dual square mirrors, power steering, power brakes, AM radio, 2-speed electric wipers, deck mount antenna and 3-speed cruise-o-matic automatic transmission. Frame-up restoration. Finished in Raven Black and Colonial White with correct red, white and black tri-tone interior. The end of the true 50's styling.
