Offered for auction is a 1932 Ford Dearborn Deuce Roadster that was built at Doug Lindow's shop in Los Alamitos, California. The frame rails are American Stamping Company double frame within a frame construction that is Tig welded, cleaned, polished w /Scotch Bright and sent to the Powder Coaters. The Powder Coating was then sanded in areas that showed when the body was installed and painted with PPG Black body paint. It has a Drilled Chassis Engineering front axle, cross spring, spring brackets, axle centering rod, tie rods, radius rods and rear four link bars that were chrome plated by Advanced Plating in Nashville, Tenn. The front frame rails were rounded, boxed, ground smooth and sanded for paint. The front tube between the frame rails was fabricated with threaded screws from the bottom for a great smooth look. Pete & Jakes supplied the chrome spindles, ball joints, tie rod, and polished aluminum brake backing plates. It has Wilwood four wheel polished calipers with rotors and stainless steel brake lines. Polished stainless steel hard line were installed to all wheels with stainless steel line brackets. It has polished Bilstein shocks on all four corners with stainless steel bolts and washers. Tanks Inc. supplied the fourteen and half gallon fuel tank. It has IDIDIT chrome and polished rack and pinion steering. Bolts on the complete car are A.R.P. polished stainless steel from Hill Co Fastener. The engine is a ZZ 383 Chevy with Edelbrock Dura-Shine air gap manifold with a K&N 14" by 4" air cleaner. and a Quick Fuel 650 Carb. It has Fast Burn aluminum heads, Roller cam and lifters and Roller Rocker Arms. It also has a Stewart Components polished aluminum water pump and a Tuff Stuff chrome alternator. It has Saneen chrome air conditioner compressor, polished a/c drier, chrome belt tension adjustment rods and a high torque starter. Also installed are H.E.I. ignition with 50,000 volt coil, Taylor 8 m.m. plug wires, high performance Robert Shaw thermostat. It has a chrome billet aluminum valve cover with Bow tie emblem, billet polished oil breathers, polished or chrome fan pulley, crank pulley, A.C., and alternator pulleys. Quick Fuel-fuel regulator with #6 s/steel braided lines and fittings from fuel. Motor mounts are chrome poly steel (no rubber). The transmission is a GM 700R-4 built by California Performance transmissions with 1900-2000 stall converter and a 16" Lokar shifter operates the transmission. Red Line synthetic trans. fluid with chrome plated aluminum deep pan complete the trans. Lokar transmission Dip stick and stainless tube for checking fluid. Transmission cooler is round aluminum finned with stainless steel braided lines with heat insulation covering for heat protection. It has a Mattson's built special custom three tank radiator with A.C. condenser that covers the whole radiator. A Spal 16" electric fan with automatic heat control keeps the engine cool. Inland Drive Line built the 4" polished aluminum drive shaft with 1350 u-joints front & back for unbreakable performance. Ford rear end is a 9" with 3.70 gears, positraction and 31 spline axles for dependability. Currie Enterprises straightened the housing after 4 bar brackets were welded onto housing. The drain plug was machined into bottom of housing for ease of changing the fluid.
