Chassis DBVC/3669/R. Engine 400/3301. Matching numbers. After verification with Aston Martin Heritage, it's been confirmed that DBVC/3669/R was delivered new on November 7th 1967 to the UK and by then finished in Platinum (similar to Ivory) over black hide trim and black soft top. The car was subsequently sold to Australia where it remained in a museum for many years. Sold back to european collector and sent to UK marque specialists for ground up restoration in 1990. The car has remained for over 20 years with the current owner and was driven less than 5.000 km since the restoration. DBVC/3669/R comes with over 60.000 GBP of invoice records and plenty of photographs to document the work which was done back then.
